Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of SIGIL, a personal AI assistant operated by Marco Coscarella. By using SIGIL you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. SIGIL is currently in invite-only beta.

1. The service

SIGIL is an AI assistant that organises and summarises your email, drafts replies, curates news, manages your agenda and goals, and delivers spoken briefings. Features may change as the product develops.

2. Beta

SIGIL is provided during an early "beta" phase, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may change, contain errors, or be interrupted, and you should not rely on it for critical or time-sensitive needs.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. By connecting a service such as Gmail, you authorise SIGIL to access it as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SIGIL, not to use it for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.

5. Third-party services

SIGIL integrates third-party services (including Google, Anthropic and ElevenLabs). Your use of those services through SIGIL is also subject to their respective terms.

6. Intellectual property

SIGIL, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Marco Coscarella. You keep all rights to the content and data you provide; you grant us only the permissions needed to operate the features you use.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIGIL is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using SIGIL and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or where necessary to protect the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SIGIL after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
